Damaged or Wrong Products

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. For incorrect items, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on all orders within India.
• International shipping charges apply.
• Orders in India usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
• International customs duties and taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.
• You can change your shipping address only before your order is shipped.

Order Cancellation

As our pieces are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

• Separate orders are required for different delivery addresses.
• If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund.
